C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner McCullers, and <br />'unanimously carried, a committee consisting of Ed Schmucker, County Engineer and County. <br />Attorney, Sherman N. Smith, Jr. was appointed to draw up a tentative bulkhead shoreline. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner ®. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Mc - <br />Cullers and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />R E S O L U T I O N --- School Trustees Election <br />---------- <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to law, an election is to be held in Special Tax School District <br />f <br />d No. 1, of Indian River County, Florida, on November 5, 1957; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, has here- <br />tofore adopted a Resolution calling said election; and, <br />WHEREAS, the School Code of the State of Florida provides that the Board of Public <br />Instruction shall designate the number of inspection boards for each precinct and appoint the <br />inspection boards, and the General Election Laws of the State of Florida provide that the <br />number of inspection boards for each precinct and the inspection boards shall be determined by <br />the Board of County Commissioners; and, <br />cared to the public and <br />to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in <br />and to <br />any lands shown on said plat. <br />2. That this <br />Board has published a notice of a public hearing thereon one time <br />in the <br />Vero Beach Press <br />Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in Indian River <br />County, <br />Florid a, said publication being published at least two weeks prior to the date <br />for <br />11 <br />stated <br />therein such <br />public hearing. <br />i <br />C] <br />3.
