The County Attorney read a letter from the Indian River Farms Drainage District.
<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Robert Graves y
<br />and unanimously carried, the County accepts the offer made by the Indian River Farms Drainage
<br />District as set forth in its letter of September 17th and directs that the property owned w
<br />by the County situated in Indian River County, to -wit: The West half of the Southeast quarter
<br />of the Northeast quarter, Section 25, Twp. 33 S, Range 39 East, be advertised for public sale
<br />and that the minimum price be established at $200.00 per acre.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />that this Board does herewith find and determine as follows:
<br />1. That Severin H. Hanson and Helen Hanson, his wife, filed a Petition before this
<br />Board on the 3rd day of September, 1957, at a meeting of said Board requesting this Board
<br />to adopt a resolution vacating, abolishing and abonding the Plat of Roseland, as recorded
<br />in Plat Book 1; page 78, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brevard County,
<br />Florida., said lands now being situated in Indian River County, Florida, and requesting said
<br />Board to vacate, abandon, discontinue and close any existing public or private street, alley-
