33s0l <br /> 9 4s. <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF THE INTERSECTION OF SR 60 & 43RD A 0 o p'_ � , <br /> VENUE <br /> PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES <br /> AMENDMENT NO, 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARCADIS G & M, Inc. AND INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY , FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering Services Agreement (AGREEMENT) dated <br /> September 6, 2005 between ARCADIS G&M , Inc . (ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in " Section I — Project Limits and Description", <br /> " Section III - Scope of Services " , and " Section V - Compensation " . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following : <br /> " SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to incorporate <br /> the following : <br /> Consultant services are required for the modification of road design plans ; bridge plans ; <br /> permit applications and utility relocations associated with the construction of SR 60 / 43rd <br /> Avenue Intersection Improvements . Storm water quality treatment and attenuation are required <br /> along 43rd Avenue . In order to provide for this treatment, a dry storm water detention area is <br /> proposed to be constructed on 44th Avenue south of 19th Street . <br /> Engineer will perform a field survey along 19th Street from 43rd Avenue to 44th Avenue , <br /> and along 44th Avenue from the detention area site to SR 60 . The field survey will consist of a <br /> location and topographic survey of the roadways . All above ground physical features will be <br /> located . Cross sectional information will be obtained at l 00- foot intervals for use in the design of <br /> the project . The location and elevation of all existing storm drainage pipes , inlets and manholes <br /> will be obtained. <br /> Plans will be prepared for the dry detention area and the inlet and outfall piping . The inlet <br /> piping will extend from 43 `d Avenue to the detention area site . The outfall piping will extend <br /> from the dry detention area to SR 60 . The plan modifications will consist of plan and profile <br /> sheets, cross sections , and details . <br /> Permit applications will be submitted to the St . Johns River Water Management District <br /> and the Indian River Farms Water Control District . <br /> Modifications have been made to the alignment of 43rd Avenue north of SR 60 to reduce <br /> the impact to the adjacent properties .
