• 49 h Street — extend proposed 16-inch diameter water main from <br /> approximately 100 feet west of 66`h Street to 200 feet east of 66`h Street for a <br /> total distance of approximately 400 feet. <br /> • 53 " Street — extend proposed 12-inch diameter water main from 100-feet west <br /> of 66`h Avenue to 200 feet east of 66 h Avenue for a total distance of <br /> approximately 400 feet. <br /> • 57`h Street —extend proposed 8-inch diameter water main from 100 feet west <br /> of 66h Avenue to 200 feet east of 66`h Avenue for a total distance of <br /> approximately 400 feet. <br /> The total length of the water main improvements will be distance of approximately <br /> 19,000 linear feet on 66`h Avenue and 5 , 140 linear feet on the various side streets for a total <br /> distance of 24, 140 linear feet or 4. 57 miles. <br /> Right of Way Maps and Sketch and Legal Descriptions <br /> The right of way maps and sketch and legal descriptions for the project will be modified <br /> to include existing topographic physical features. Existing physical features including structures, <br /> pavements, driveways, mailboxes, fences, and other existing improvements will be added to the <br /> right of way maps and sketch and legal descriptions. <br /> Corridor Study <br /> A corridor study will be prepared for 66`h Avenue from south of 26h Street to north of <br /> 57`h Street. The corridor study will consist of a brief report describing the existing conditions and <br /> the proposed improvements. The corridor study will include discussions of the following items: <br /> • Project location <br /> • Existing conditions <br /> • Typical Section alternatives <br /> • Alternative Alignments <br /> • Preferred alignment <br /> • Safety Considerations <br /> • Costs <br /> • Long Range Planning <br /> • Environmental Impacts <br /> Traffic Signals <br /> A traffic signal system will be designed for the intersection of 66`h Avenue and 57`h <br /> Street. The Traffic signal will be designed in accordance with Indian River County standards. <br /> 57`h Street Intersection <br /> Indian River County desires to expedite the construction of the section of 66`h Avenue <br /> from the North Relief Canal to north of 57`h Street. In addition, modifications to the typical <br /> section and alignment of 57`h Street west of 66`h Avenue are required due to right of way <br /> considerations.
