R E S O L U T I O N -- Zoning Changes <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and <br />unanimously carried, the following Resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, did, after public <br />notice and hearing, make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning <br />Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its Notice of said recommended changes and additions <br />and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard, <br />i+ <br />NOW, THEREFORE: ! <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, ii <br />that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida and the accompanying Zoning Map be <br />8 <br />changed as follows, to -wit: <br />d <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of the area South of a line 150 feet South of Church Road and East of a line <br />150 feet East of the Old Dixie Highway and North of a line 150 feet North of Glendale Road je <br />k <br />and West of the Florida East Coast Railway; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to M-1, Industrial District. <br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, <br />situated in Indian giver County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of the area from Glendale Road to Citrus Road on Clemanns Avenue; <br />be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to -R-1, Single Family District. <br />3. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />h <br />All of the area 1/2 mile West of Clemanns Avenue between Rosedale and Glendale; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to R -1-A, Single Family District. i <br />4. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, si� <br />tuated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />i <br />All of the area North of a line 330 feet North of State Road 60 between Range Line <br />Road and Ranch Road; <br />a <br />be changed from R-3 Transient District, to R-1, Single Family District. <br />The County Attorney presented a quit -claim deed from Joseph W. Walton and wife to <br />the County, giving to the County the right of way -for a public road. Upon Motion made by <br />Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr. and unanimously carried the <br />Board accepted said deed conveying said right of way to said county, and the Clerk was author- <br />ized to put same on record. <br />The Board authorized County Attorney Sherman N.
