<br />ized and directed to prepare and file in the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />any and all documents required in order that said lands required for said rights of ways
<br />shall be condemned in eminent domain proceedings and the title to said lands vested in said
<br />State, including a Declaration of Taking, as authorized by Chapter 74, Florida Statutes, and
<br />said attorney is further authorized and directed to prosecute said proceedings in the name
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, to final judgment.
<br />The County Attorney stated that the Trustees had been releasing easements on Murphy
<br />Act lands and then the County was having a hard time getting the rights of ways back. He
<br />further stated that if the county would send a map to the Trustees showing which side of
<br />the road the ditches were on then they would know which they could release and which not to
<br />release. The Board appointed the Road and Bridge Superintendent to work with the County
<br />Attorney on such a map to be sent to the Trustees.
<br />Mrs. Anne Christensen County Welfare Case Worker appeared before the Board and
<br />gave a report of her activities for the Month of October.
<br />Mrs. Christensen also stated that she would need help for the next two months of
<br />November and December. The Board authorized her to obtain such help and to pay said help
<br />$100.00 per month, this upon Motion ma de by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by
<br />Commissioner McCullers and carried.
