<br />Attorney Smith stated that he had been unable to obtain right of way deeds for two
<br />parcels of land along the Winter Beach Road. Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves,
<br />Jr., seconded by Commissidner **Cullers and unanimously carried, the Board authorized the
<br />County Attorney to start condemnation proceedings on these two parcels.
<br />R E S O L U T I O N -- Condemnation Winter Beach Road
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, acting for and upon .behalf of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, have entered into an agreement with the State Road Department to obtain
<br />on behalf of the County for the State of Florida, for the use and benefit of the State Road
<br />Department, all of the rights of ways, easements and lands for the construction of State Road
<br />No. S-632, Section 8859-150 in Indian River County, Florida, which road extends from State
<br />Road No. 5, westerly to State Road S-505; and
<br />WHEREAS, said County has been unable by donation or purchase to acquire the remain-
<br />ing parts thereof; Now,.therefore,
<br />BE -IT RESOLVED by the Board of County" -.-Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />tha t Shereman N. Smith, Jr., the attorney for this Board in said County, is herewith author-
