<br />at a meeting of said Board to be
<br />held in the County Commissioners'
<br />Room, Indian River I County Court-
<br />1house, Vero Beach, Florida, for the
<br />�Purchase from said County of the
<br />following described personal prop-
<br />erty, to -wit:
<br />1. — One lot of metal scrap
<br />and junk now located at the
<br />County barn, North Gifford
<br />Road, Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
<br />Said junk shall be sold as a whole
<br />and each bid shall state the price
<br />offered therefor and shall have sub-
<br />mitted therewith a check to the
<br />(County in the amount of 10 percent
<br />[of said bid. The balance of said bid
<br />!shall be due and pa yable 10 days
<br />�frorh the date of acceptance of s aid
<br />offer. Each bidder shall agree to
<br />move the junk within 30 days;
<br />otherwise the deposit or purchase II
<br />Price paid shall be forfeited to the
<br />:County and the same will be read-
<br />vertised and sold again. The county
<br />I reserves the right to reject all bids
<br />should the same be too low. Each
<br />bid should be in an envelope se -
<br />rely sealed and plainly marked
