<br />A special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian Raver County was
<br />held at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Tuesday, December 17, 1957.
<br />Present were Chairman J. J. P. Hamilton, Members D. B. McCullers, Jr., Robert Graves and
<br />Donald Macdonald. Absent was W. C. Graves, Jr. Also present were Sherman N. Smith, Jr.,
<br />Attorney, Ed Schmucker, Road & Rridge Superintendent and Katherine Morrison, Secretary:..
<br />The Chairman stated this meeting was called for the purpose of establishing a
<br />bulkhead line along the Indian River.
