Install new standard grid and 2 ' x 4 ' flat lay-in ceiling tile through out building . <br /> Vinyl coated gypsum ceiling tile installed in the restrooms and kitchen areas <br /> Replace all light fixtures through out building <br /> Replace all supply and return air grills in ceiling <br /> Relocate any A/C ductwork located above the bottom cord of existing trusses to below the new 5/8 " <br /> gypsum board air barrier . <br /> Remove all damaged dry wall and shower unit in restroom <br /> Repair any damaged framing in this area <br /> Repair and finish water-damaged dry wall in the restroom <br /> Install one new shower unit-Cultured Marble unit <br /> Repair ceramic tile wainscot damaged during demolition and removal in this area <br /> Re paint all walls and trim inside the station same color as is . <br /> New floor coverings through out. <br /> Revised ductwork and HVAC equipment as needed . <br /> Separate price to upgrade all windows to impact rated . <br /> Project Administrative Items <br /> All permit applications and fees . <br /> All design work required to obtain a building permit and complete the project <br /> All professional liability, General Liability, Workman Compensation , and Builders Risk Insurances <br /> All General Conditions items, supervision and project management. <br /> Exclusions <br /> Items specifically excluded form this scope of work includes but not limited to the following <br /> Any iver-k en the AHU ' s or- Condensing-u*4-s <br /> Any changes to the electrical service to the station or electrical circuits inside the building <br /> All <br /> l fleet eA< IDY* 1 L <br /> Any changes to the lay out of existing walls or partitions <br /> Any appliances, toilet fixtures, bath accessories , signs, <br /> Any doors, frames or hardware <br /> Indian River County will be responsible for the following <br /> Purchase/Rent temporary storage for contents of fire station <br /> Install temporary trailers <br /> Again if you would like to make changes to the list of items to be performed, please do so in writing as soon <br /> as possible . <br /> Thank you <br /> * * * * * The Following Items were added to the scope of work for Station # 6 at the monthly progress meeting held <br /> 5/25/05 * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Barth Construction is to provide an alternate price to install afire sprinkler system in the building. <br /> Install electrical hardware to allow for trailer mounted back up generator <br /> 13 <br />
