TASK 3 .2 : CONTRACT DOCUMENT PREPARATION Task 3.2. 1 Contract Drawings Planform drawings will be prepared at 1 " = 200' and will serve as the basis for the contract drawings in the final package sent to prospective bidders . Construction drawings shall include the following features overlaid on the aerial photography images : • The design of the beach project including construction berms and toe of fill locations , and the location of the dune to be constructed ; • Construction access and equipment/materials staging ; • Existing FDEP survey reference monument locations and state plane coordinate values ; and , Roads and other identifiable upland features as deemed appropriate. • Borrow Area location and dredge depths . Additional sheets will include the Project Title Sheet and location bathymetry . A draft submittal will be provided to the County for review and comment. ATM shall revise submittals promptly and shall furnish a master set of 100% drawings for County approval prior to reproduction of copies suitable for distribution to prospective bidders . Task 3.2.2 Construction Contract Documents ATM shall prepare and transmit to the County for review and comment a draft set of Contract Documents. Components of the Contract Documents that are the responsibility of ATM include : Supplemental General Specifications , Technical Specifications , and Appendix Information (permits , and sand data as appropriate) . ATM assumes that preparation of all remaining sections of the Contract Documents are the responsibility of the County and will be furnished to ATM by the County for ATM assembly into a comprehensive Contract Document package . ATM shall provide a sufficient number of final contract documents in paper and electronic form for bidding of the project. Task 4 - Sector 7 Pre -Construction Sessile Reef Biota Monitoring Pre-construction monitoring of the reef adjacent to -the project will be required by special condition of the FDEP permit for the project. Items required for this pre-construction monitoring are included within this task . Sessile reef biota will be surveyed along ten permanent transects established within the project area and along two reference/control transects . The transects will be 180 m in length and will extend seaward from the existing pre-construction nearshore rock/sand interface along the established profile azimuths. The project area transects will be positioned in the vicinity of FDEP beach monuments R-99 , R99 . 61 R- 100 .4 , R- 101 . 7 , R- 102 . 97 RA 03 . 5 , RA 04 . 11 R- 105 . 8 , RA 07 . 3, and RA 09. 2 , and the reference transects C:tOocuments and SettingsyonattwrgtLocal SettingsU mporary "emet Fi1es\OLK2E\AmendmwA 13 scope.doc 6
