originally anticipated construction date, the cost for the establishment of the ECL has <br /> increased . <br /> TASK 3 .2 : CONTRACT DOCUMENT PREPARATION <br /> Task 3.2. 1 Contract Drawings <br /> Planform drawings will be prepared at 1 " = 200' and will serve as the basis for the <br /> contract drawings in the final package sent to prospective bidders . Construction <br /> drawings shall include the following features overlaid on the aerial photography images : <br /> • The design of the beach project including construction berms and toe of fill <br /> locations , and the location of the dune to be constructed ; <br /> • Construction access and equipment/materials staging ; <br /> • Existing FDEP survey reference monument locations and state plane coordinate <br /> values ; and , <br /> Roads and other identifiable upland features as deemed appropriate. <br /> • Borrow Area location and dredge depths . <br /> Additional sheets will include the Project Title Sheet and location bathymetry . A draft <br /> submittal will be provided to the County for review and comment. ATM shall revise <br /> submittals promptly and shall furnish a master set of 100% drawings for County approval <br /> prior to reproduction of copies suitable for distribution to prospective bidders . <br /> Task 3.2.2 Construction Contract Documents <br /> ATM shall prepare and transmit to the County for review and comment a draft set of <br /> Contract Documents. Components of the Contract Documents that are the responsibility <br /> of ATM include : Supplemental General Specifications , Technical Specifications , and <br /> Appendix Information (permits , and sand data as appropriate) . <br /> ATM assumes that preparation of all remaining sections of the Contract Documents are <br /> the responsibility of the County and will be furnished to ATM by the County for ATM <br /> assembly into a comprehensive Contract Document package . <br /> ATM shall provide a sufficient number of final contract documents in paper and <br /> electronic form for bidding of the project. <br /> Task 4 - Sector 7 Pre -Construction Sessile Reef Biota Monitoring <br /> Pre-construction monitoring of the reef adjacent to -the project will be required by special <br /> condition of the FDEP permit for the project. Items required for this pre-construction <br /> monitoring are included within this task . <br /> Sessile reef biota will be surveyed along ten permanent transects established within the <br /> project area and along two reference/control transects . The transects will be 180 m in <br /> length and will extend seaward from the existing pre-construction nearshore rock/sand <br /> interface along the established profile azimuths.
