Task 1 . 3 .2 Construction Contract Documents <br /> ATM shall prepare and transmit to the County for review and comment a draft set of <br /> Contract Documents. Components of the Contract Documents that are the responsibility <br /> of ATM include : Supplemental General Specifications, Technical Specifications , and <br /> Appendix Information (permits , and sand data as appropriate) . <br /> ATM assumes that preparation of all remaining sections of the Contract Documents are <br /> the responsibility of the County and will be furnished to ATM by the County for ATM <br /> assembly into a comprehensive Contract Document package . <br /> ATM shall provide a sufficient number of final contract documents in paper and <br /> electronic form for bidding of the project. <br /> Task 1 . 3 .3 Pre-Bid Conference <br /> ATM shall coordinate the bid advertisement with County to determine an appropriate <br /> date for a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. ATM shall prepare for and attend the <br /> Conference , and shall answer prospective Contractor inquiries at the Conference , or <br /> transcribe Contractor inquiries for subsequent research and response to all Conference <br /> attendees as appropriate . <br /> Task 1 . 3 .4 Bid Addenda <br /> During the bidding period , ATM shall communicate frequently with County staff regarding <br /> receipt of prospective Contractor written inquiries seeking interpretation of the Contract <br /> Documents . Should ATM and County receive such information within the stipulated time <br /> in advance of the advertised bid opening date , ATM shall assist County with preparation <br /> of bid addenda as appropriate by providing technical response to items under the ATM's <br /> responsible charge . Such items include changes that may be warranted to the contract <br /> drawings , technical and supplemental general conditions , or other construction -related <br /> issues as appropriate. It is assumed for contract and budgeting purposes that no more <br /> than two (2) such addenda will be required . <br /> Task 1 .3.5 Review of Submitted Bids <br /> ATM shall obtain copies of sealed bids from County and shall review them for accuracy , <br /> completeness and Contractor qualifications . ATM shall evaluate and provide a written <br /> recommendation for award to County based on ATM review of the submitted bids . <br /> TASK 1 .4: PREPARATION OF REPONSE TO FDEP REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION <br /> ATM shall review the FDEP's RAI dated June 10 , 2005 with the County staff and <br /> prepare a response to the RAI to include the information and data acquired in Tasks 1 . 1 , <br /> 1 . 2 , and 1 . 3 of this scope of work. <br /> ATM shall expeditiously review and respond to the second RAI by first reviewing the RAI <br /> items with County staff.
