C
PERMIT MODIFICATION REQUEST AND PROCESSING
ATM will process and transmit a minor modification request to the issued permit. This
effort is assumed to be minimal on ATM 's part, and will be based on changes prepared
jointly by ATM and Indian River County in November 2002 , in response to review and
editing of the issued draft permit . These changes do not appear to require substantial
technical review by the Department; hence , in accordance with 624 . 050(4)(s) , Florida
Administrative Code , it does not appear that a fee for the modification processing will be
required . Should a fee be assessed by the DEP , the County shall pay this processing
fee separately from this work authorization . Fees (if assessed) are estimated at $250 .
ATM will conduct telephone follow-up with the DEP Bureau of Beaches and Wetland
Resources to ensure that the modification items are incorporated into a modified
(issued) permit . The majority of the changes seek to clarify post-construction monitoring
requirements. No graphics submittals are anticipated to be necessary to complete this
Task . ATM will coordinate issuance of the revised permit and shall furnish it to Indian
River County (as Owner) upon receipt.
CAWINDOWSITEMPIAmbersand Past-Consbu tion Services Contract Amendrnent p6 _ Reduced Scope 03-12-03.doc
16
