SECTION 01201 <br />PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE <br />PART1 -- GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. Engineer shall schedule and administer the preconstruction conference <br />and shall perform the following duties: <br />1. Prepare agenda for meeting. <br />2. Give notice of meeting three days in advance of meeting date. <br />3. Make physical arrangements for meeting. <br />4. Preside at meeting. <br />5. Record the minutes, which shall include all significant proceedings <br />and decisions. <br />6. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within fifteen (15) working <br />days after meeting. Minutes shall be distributed to all participants in <br />the meeting and to all parties affected by decisions made at the <br />meeting. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Section 01000: Summary of Work. <br />B. Section 01311: Construction Schedule. <br />C. Section 01340: Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. <br />D. Section 01720: Project Record Documents. <br />1.03 PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE <br />A. Engineer will schedule meeting with Contractor, Owner and other affected <br />parties. <br />B. Location of the preconstruction meeting: The project site or a nearby <br />office to be selected by Owner/Engineer. <br />C. Attendance: <br />1. Owner/Owner's representative. <br />2. Engineer/Engineer's representative and his professional <br />consultant. <br />3. Contractor/Contractor's superintendent. <br />4. Local utilities representatives. <br />5.
