2 . 03 TEMPORARY DUST CONTROL <br /> Dust formed as a result of the construction shall be controlled by the <br /> Contractor. Cleaning of work areas and application of dust control <br /> materials are the most effective methods of dust control . <br /> 2.04 TEMPORARY WATER CONTROL <br /> A. The flow of water through the construction site shall be controlled <br /> by the Contractor such that it does not damage any constructed <br /> items ; however, it shall be diverted and channeled to effectively <br /> leave the site as soon as possible . Puddling and ponding on the <br /> site is not permitted . <br /> B . Water shall be controlled such that it does not enter excavated <br /> areas , nor is deposited on or against constructed features . <br /> 2 .05 TEMPORARY DEBRIS CONTROL <br /> A. Provision shall be made by each Contractor to have available <br /> adequate containers to hold any and all debris that is to be <br /> generated from the project. Containers should be covered to <br /> prevent wind blowing paper, plastic, and lightweight products <br /> around and off the site . <br /> B . Instructions shall be given to personnel to utilize the trash <br /> containers . Containers shall be placed in convenient places at the <br /> site . <br /> C . At least once per week, a thorough cleaning of trash and debris <br /> shall be made at the construction site .
