M. Asphalt Pavement Overlay: Shall include all re -surfacing as a result of <br />construction operations. Measurement and payment shall be on the basis of <br />area, in square yards (SY), of asphalt paved. The work shall include tack <br />coat, surface course and pavement markings. Asphalt pavement overlay shall <br />be included in the cost of the pipe. <br />N. Unimproved Driveway Replacement: Shall include (dirt, marl, shell, or gravel) <br />driveway replacement reconstruction removed and replaced as a result of the <br />construction operations. Work shall include subgrade and surface (shell, <br />marl, gravel) materials, compaction, density testing, etc. Unimproved <br />driveway replacement shall be included in the cost of the pipe. <br />O. Grassing: Measurement of grassing (sod) shall be computed using the linear <br />feet, as measured along the water main pipe, of grassed area disturbed and <br />restored as a result of Contractor's operations. The entire width of the <br />disturbed area shall be grassed. Payment shall include all necessary <br />grading, soil preparation, sodding, fertilizer, mulch, and irrigation. <br />P. Connect to exist. 20" (CR512): Measurement of "Connect to exist. 20", shall <br />be computed as a lump sum item for all additional work required for <br />excavation and location of existing utilities, removal of existing fittings, <br />restraint of existing pipe and fittings, and all other incidental work required to <br />make a connection. <br />Q. Connect to exist. 16" (CR510): Measurement of "Connect to exist. 16", shall <br />be computed as a lump sum, for all additional work required for excavation <br />and location of utilities, removal of existing fittings, restraint of existing pipe <br />and fittings, and other incidental work required to make a connection. <br />R. Construction Stake -Out: Measurement of construction stake -out shall be <br />computed as a lump sum item, for all required construction stake -out, <br />including: layout and survey of the proposed construction, setting of stakes as <br />required, necessary computations to establish the exact position of the work, <br />establish reference to baselines, and provide and maintain off -set stakes <br />outside the limits of construction and marked to show offset distance. <br />S. Record Drawings/As-built Survey: Measurement of record drawings/as-built <br />survey shall be computed as a lump sum item, for the preparation of "As -built <br />Drawings", including field survey, drawing preparation in "ACAD", with ties to <br />state plan coordinates, all in accordance with IRCUDS water and wastewater <br />utility standards.
