When the Owner or the Engineer requires substantiating data , Contractor <br /> shall submit suitable information , with a cover letter identifying : <br /> 1 . Project <br /> 2 . Application number and date <br /> 3 . Detailed list of enclosures <br /> 4 . For stored products : <br /> a . Item number and identification <br /> b . Description of specific material <br /> B . Submit one copy of data and cover letter for each copy of application . <br /> 1 .06 PREPARATION OF APPLICATION FOR FINAL PAYMENT <br /> A. Application for payment is required for progress payments <br /> B . Only one application will be acceptable in any one month <br /> 1 .07 SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE <br /> A .
