Pursuant to the foregoing notice and upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers,
<br />seconded by Commissioner Robert Graves and unanimously carried, the following Resolution
<br />as adopted:
<br />R E S O L U T I O N -- Closing, Vacatipg Roads -
<br />Ezell property.
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />that this Board does herewith find and determine as follows:
<br />1. That John T. Ezell has filed a Petition before this Board on the 1st day of
<br />April, 1958, at a meeting of said Bard, requesting this Board to adopt a resolution closing,
<br />vacating and abolishing all canals, ditches and road rights-of-way according to plat of
<br />Fellsmere Farms Company's Re -subdivision of Lots C and D of Fellsmere Farms Company's Subdivis
<br />of_aunsurveyed Township 31 South, Range 36 East, which plat was filed May 6, 1914, and recorded
<br />in Plat Book 2, page 20, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and said rights-of-way
<br />above mentioned embrace and include lots and parcels of land located in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, described as follows:
<br />Begin at Northeast corner of Tract 2413, according to plat in Plat Book 2,
<br />page 20, thence run West on North boundary lines of Traflts 2413, 2412, 2411,
<br />and 2410 to Northwest corner of Tract 2410, thence Northwesterly to the
<br />Southwest corner of Tract 2310, thence East on the South boundary lines of
<br />Tracts 2310, 2311, 2312, and 2313, to the Southeast corner of Tract 2313,
<br />thence South to the point of beginning.
<br />Begin at Southeast corner of Tract 2410, according to Plat Book 2, page 20,
<br />thence North on the East boundary lines of Tracts 2410, 2310, to the
<br />Northeast corner of Tract 2310, thence East to the Northwest corner of
<br />Tract 2311, thence South on the Western boundary lines of Tracts 2311 and
<br />2411 to the Southwest corner of Tract 2411, thence West to point of beginning.
<br />Begin at the Southwest corner of Tract 1907, according to plat Book 2, page
<br />20, thence East along the Southern boundary lines of Tracts 1907, 1908, 1909
<br />and 1910 to the; -:Southeast corner of Tract 1910, thence South to the North-
<br />east corner of Tract 2010, thence West on the Northern boundary lines of
<br />Tracts 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007 and lake front Lot 1 to the West boundary line
<br />of said Lot 1, thence North to point of beginning.
<br />Begin at the Southwest corner of Tract 2410, according to Plat Book 2, page
<br />20, thence Northwesterly along the Western boundary lines of Tracts 2410, 2310,
<br />2209, 2108 and 3008 and 2007 to Northwest corner of Tract 2007, thence West
<br />to the Northeast corner of lake front Lot 1, thence Southeasterly along the
<br />Easterly boundary lines of lake front Lots 1 through 21, inclusive to the
<br />Southeast corner of lake front Lot 21, thence East to point of beginning.
<br />2. That this Board has published two weeks notice thereof one time in the Vero
<br />Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, said notice being published at least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for
<br />such public hearing.
<br />3. That said public canals, ditches and road rights-of-way above-described are not
<br />a State or Federal road and are not maintained by the State of Florida and are not located
<br />within the incorporated limits of any municipality and are located in Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
<br />4. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the Board of County Commissioners
<br />hof Indian River County, Florida, in the offices of said Board in the Indian River County Court-
<br />house, Vero Beach, Florida, on May 6, 1958, at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
