If <br />p-1 <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br />and unanimously carried, the Board tentatively approves the recommendation of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission with respect to establishing new districts as set forth in their <br />minutes of May 1st, and that they be directed to hold a public hearing thereon. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Robert Graves <br />and unanimously carried, the Board tentatively approves the recommendation of the Planning <br />and Zoning Board with respect to the proposed Industrial area set forth in their minutes of <br />May lst and directs them to hold a public hearing thereon. <br />Upon motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and <br />unanimously carried, Sherman N. Smith, Jr. was advised to let the State Road Department know <br />that it was agreeable with the Board that Glendale Road be paved to Lateral B as was in our <br />original Resolution and not extend the paving to /Range Line Road. <br />Sherman Smith advised the Board that the City of Vero Beach was desirous of ob- <br />taining a 60 foot right of way through the jail property for water and sewage lines. Upon <br />Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried, the following resolution was adopted: <br />R E S O L U T I O N -- Right -of -Way for Street <br />over Jail Property <br />WHEREAS, the City of Vero Beach has requested the County to convey a right of way <br />for a public street over, on and across certain County owned property and it appearing proper <br />to do so; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,f' <br />that the Chairman and Clerk are herewith authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver' <br />the deed of the County to the City of Vero Beach conveying a right of way for a public street <br />over, on and across the following described property, situated in Indian River County, Floridan <br />k <br />to -wit: <br />A right of way for a public street over, on and across the South 60 <br />feet of the North 75 feet of the West 30 acres of the Southwest , <br />quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 33 South, Range 39 East. A <br />The Clerk was ordered to record said deed from the County to the City of Vero <br />Beach for this 60 feet right of way. <br />Upon motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br />and unanimously carried, the Board desires to accept the permit from Central and Southern <br />i <br />Florida Flood Control as it applies to County owned land on Blue Cypress.Lake. <br />R E S 0 L U TI ON -- Glendale Road <br />ti <br />On Motion of Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner.D.
