EXHIBIT B <br /> STORMWATER PARK and WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM OPERATIONAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> Operation of the stormwater park shall be conducted in a way to meet two objectives, <br /> 1 . compliance with water quality goals of the County and SJRVVMD , including applicable <br /> permits and regulations ; and <br /> 2 . Provision of water for use by BHEC which will not adversely impact the operation of <br /> BHEC or its water treatment systems . <br /> To this end, Calpine, the County and the District will agree on operating practices for the <br /> stormwater park and associated treatment systems that will support these objectives . <br /> Specifically: <br /> 1 . No metal based coagulants , precipitants or other water treatment chemicals (including <br /> alum, or ferric chloride) will be used in the stormwater park <br /> 2 . No treatment which would significantly increase the dissolved solids concentration of the <br /> stormwater park water (such as lime flocculation) will be used in the stormwater park. <br /> 8 . 5 . 04 Water Agreement <br />
