3 . No water treatment chemicals containing silica, silicates , or hydroxides of silica will be <br /> used in the stormwater park. It is understood that copper hydroxides are used for <br /> agricultural purposes and that copper hydroxides will, therefore, be present in the <br /> stormwater park as will any agricultural chemicals customarily used in agricultural <br /> practices in Indian River County, Florida. <br /> 4 . No Brine (reverse osmosis reject) generated from the County' s water treatment systems <br /> shall be introduced to the stormwater park. <br /> 5 . The collection, handling and disposal of trash, debris , vegetative matter and other solid <br /> wastes generated within the stormwater park, including the debris and other solids <br /> collected on the traveling screen at Calpine ' s stormwater park pumping station, shall be <br /> the responsibility of the County. <br /> 6 . The stormwater park will be designed and operated to minimize the accumulation of <br /> solids , including debris, sediment, silt and fills, in the area of the pumps withdrawing <br /> water to BHEC . <br /> Constituent Test Parameters . The following list of constituents shall be tested, as applicable, in <br /> accordance with paragraph 5 .b of the Agreement : <br /> 8 . 5 .04 Water Agreement <br />
