M., Tuesday, July 15, 1958. <br />Present were Donald Macdonald, Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; and J. J. P. Hamilton. <br />Absent were W. C. Graves, Jr., and Robert W. Graves. Also present wereSHerman N.
