<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, met at the Courthouse,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida in a special meeting held at 9:00 o'clock A. M., Tuesday, July 15, 1958.
<br />Present were Donald Macdonald, Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; and J. J. P. Hamilton.
<br />Absent were W. C. Graves, Jr., and Robert W. Graves. Also present wereSHerman N. Smith, Jr.
<br />Attorney, Ed Schmucker, County Engineer and Katherine Morrison, Secretary.
<br />The Chairman announced this meeting was called for the purpose of hearing any and
<br />all interested parties with respect to the Notice as published in the Vero Beach Press Journal
<br />on June 26th.
