2 . Stormwater Management Design and Report — Include the 4 .4-acre site in the Operations <br /> Center Complex stormwater management report to include: flood routings, lake sizing, <br /> discharge calculations, and recovery analysis . Prepare plans showing stormwater drainage <br /> control devices, structures and treatment measures on the 4 .4-acre site . <br /> 3 . Site Plan Release — Coordinate permitting needed to release the 4 .4-acre site for stormwater <br /> system approval. <br /> TASK 5 — CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Additional work activities to be completed under Task 5 include the following: <br /> 1 . Earthwork — Include the 4 .4-acre site in the preparation of plans, details and specifications <br /> for site clearing, excavation, fill placement, excess fill placement, and erosion control <br /> measures during construction. Include the 4 .4-acre site in the preparation of the erosion <br /> control plan for Contractor' s NPDES construction stormwater permit application. <br /> 2 . Drainage - Include the 4 .4-acre site in the preparation of plans, details and specifications for <br /> the on-site construction of preliminary site drainage improvements . <br /> 3 . Design Review and Cost Estimates — Include the 4 .4-acre site in this work activity. Conduct <br /> design reviews with Utilities Department staff at approximately the 60, 90 and 100 percent <br /> design completion levels. An Engineer' s Opinion of Probable Cost will be prepared as part <br /> of each design review submittal. <br /> TASK 6 — PERMITTING <br /> Additional work activities to be completed under Task 6 include the following : <br /> 1 . Stormwater/Environmental - Include the 4. 4-acre site when obtaining a St. Johns River <br /> Water Management District E. R.P. permit for "on-site" drainage improvements and wetland <br /> mitigation and in obtaining an IRC Engineering Department Type "A" stormwater permit, <br /> TASK 7 — BIDDING SERVICES <br /> Change Order No . 1 does not require any additional work under Task 7. <br /> TASK 8 — CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br /> Change Order No . 1 does not require any additional work under Task 8 . <br /> Change Order No. l AttachmentLdoc <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
