Upon reviewing <br /> existing conditions it was discovered necessary to relocate one boiler in order to <br /> have sufficient space if future removal/replacement is necessary <br /> 1 Existing roof drain leader inside of Intake Building leaked delaying floor leveling <br /> and VCT work due to time required to dry out concrete. <br /> Page 4 oft) <br />
