IRC JAIL INTAKE BUILDING TIME EXTENSION ANALYSIS <br /> July-07 <br /> DAYS IMPACTED: 19 <br /> WEATHER: 2 Days of rein greater than 114 inch . <br /> 2 Days of recovery due to heavy amounts of rain <br /> UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS: 2 RFI-156 Existing floors not level requiring cutting out areas and installation a <br /> concrete leveling surfacing compound Required building be closed off to other <br /> trades Delayed Intake Flooring <br /> a Intake driveway required redesign due to conflicts with existing fencetrees <br /> underground utilities, existing grades Design required resubmittal to county for <br /> approval before work could begin , <br /> 4 RFI-169 Plans called for re-piping only allowing space provisions for existing <br /> boilers to be removed if ever necessary fro replacement. Upon reviewing <br /> existing conditions it was discovered necessary to relocate one boiler in order to <br /> have sufficient space if future removal/replacement is necessary <br /> 1 Existing roof drain leader inside of Intake Building leaked delaying floor leveling <br /> and VCT work due to time required to dry out concrete. <br /> Page 4 oft) <br />
