Brown Construction, Inc respectfully requests a Time Extension for the Intake and Dormitory <br /> Phase and the Infirmity Phase of the Indian River Jail Expansion Project This is necessary since the <br /> project construction schedule was unable to absorb impacts due to early weather conditions, as was <br /> previously anticipated, and unforeseen conditions and modifications mainly due to renovation and <br /> underground utilities. Please understand this request is for an extension for time only, since due to the <br /> nature of the impacts Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc will not request an extension for cost, '.. <br /> the Dormitory and Intake phase was contracted to achieve Substantial Completion May 18, 2007 and the <br /> Infirmaty phase June 25, 2002. Per this request and the attached Time Extension Analysis, Peter R. Brown <br /> Construction, Inc requests Substantial Completion dates be extended accordingly, Dormitory to August 3, ''.. <br /> 2007, Intake to August 17, 2007 and the Infirmary to September 10, 2007 Peter R.
