This GMP is valid from date of issuance (June 26 , 2006) and assumes work to be <br /> accepted at the July 11 , 2006 B . O . C. C . meeting and a Notice to Proceed with this work <br /> to be received no later than July 14 , 2006 . This additional scope will require an <br /> additional 30 calendar days be added to the Contract Time . Additional General <br /> Conditions costs for the time extension have been accounted for and described in item 7 <br /> above. <br /> 10. Electronic copies of record drawings are not included . Two sets of record drawings will <br /> be provided to Indian River County at completion of project indicating all modifications in <br /> colored ink. <br /> 11 . The costs for temporary power and water are not included . Existing utility services will <br /> be used at not cost to the Construction Manager. <br /> 12 . A cost for two months of pest and rodent control is included for the Infirmary Addition <br /> and Renovation only . <br /> 13. The cost for a temporary toilet facility is included to meet OSHA standards and <br /> regulations . <br /> 14 . Fire extinguishers, temporary barricades and job safety signs are included to meet <br /> OSHA standards and regulations. <br /> 15 . Progress cleaning is included ; however, final cleaning costs are not included . <br /> 16 . The demolition , abatement, removal or disposal of any contaminated , hazardous <br /> materials including but not limited to asbestos, toxic saturated materials , as well as any <br /> other unforeseen subsurface conditions such as sink holes , unsuitable soils and <br /> abandoned utilities are not included . Hazardous materials surveys or engineering are <br /> excluded as well. <br /> 17 . Costs for concrete and masonry quality control services are included . <br /> 18 . The cost for building layout is included . <br /> 19 . Applications for Payment will be submitted in accordance with AIA Al 21 CMc 2003 <br /> between Indian River County Board of County Commissioners and Peter R . Brown <br /> Construction , Inc. in lieu of specification 01027. <br /> Scone Clarifications <br /> 02A Site Work and Site Demolition <br /> 02A- 1 . It is assumed that all on-site cuts are suitable for on-site fill and trench <br /> excavation is suitable for trench backfill . <br /> 02A-2 . The cost for dewatering is not included .
