' In the north part of the county, some of the projects underway include : <br /> •A 3 ,000 square foot convenience store/ food court at the intersection of US 1 and 8611 Street with a <br /> car wash and 12 fueling stations ; <br /> *The 14 , 000 square foot Lakeside Fellowship Baptist Church east of 661 Avenue and south of 81 st <br /> 1 Street; <br /> *The Jungle Trail/Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge conservation education facility including three bath- <br /> room facilities , five shelters and 2 kiosks ; <br /> ' • The North County soccer complex expansion to provide bathrooms and a concession stand; <br /> •The Bermuda Club consisting of 90 single-family lots and a 78 unit multi-family area onA 1 A south of <br /> Sea Oaks and north of Disney; <br /> *The Marsh Island Planned Development with 27 single-family lots, 8 duplex lots, and a fitness center <br /> on the Wabasso Causeway; <br /> •Phase III of the Old Orchid Development with 30 single-family lots on County Road 510 ; and <br /> •The Seasons Community, a 100 lot single-family subdivision at the intersection of County Road 510 <br /> and Jungle Trail. <br /> Completed projects include : <br /> *The North County Elementary Magnet School, a 76,000 square foot complex on County Road 510 ; <br /> and <br /> *Dune House Point, a six-unit apartment building on A 1 A north of the Sea Oaks . <br /> In the central part of the county, some of the projects underway include : <br /> •A 12 ,400 square foot medical office building on 37th Place ; <br /> •A 4, 800 square foot contractor trades building at 6598 Old Dixie Highway; <br /> • A 2 , 800 square foot pole barn and 22 , 800 square foot addition to the agriculture research facility at <br /> 7145 58th Avenue ; <br /> •A 85 , 600 square foot retail/office building at 3929 US 1 ; <br /> •A 92 , 800 square foot mini-storage facility at 3890 69th Street; <br /> • Sunset Cove an 11 single-family lot subdivision in Grand Harbor; <br /> * The Walker Avenue Club, a 172 unit apartment complex at 6900 26th Street; <br /> *The Cascades of Vero , an 80 lot single-family subdivision between 651 and 691 Streets ; <br /> *Eagle Trace, a 62 lot single-family subdivision east of 58th Avenue ; <br /> *Pine Ridge, a 42 lot single-family subdivision at the intersection of 581 Avenue and 57th Street; and <br /> * Sabal Trace, a 28 single-family lot subdivision at 2225 581Avenue . <br /> Completed projects include : <br /> • A new Sonny 's Bar-B - Q restaurant at 5001 20th Street ; <br /> * The Spine and Sport Medical Office , a 2 , 800 square foot building at 1345 361h Street; <br /> *The 290 acre Quail Valley Golf Club 18 hole golf course, clubhouse and maintenance facility; <br /> •A 4, 000 square foot contractor trade building at 4004 43 `d Avenue ; <br /> • In Grand Harbor, two 6-plexes , 4 duplexes , a ship ' s store , a tiki bar and a pool ; <br /> *Also in Grand Harbor, the Osprey Pointe 12 multi-family unit complex and the Sunset Trace 6 duplex <br /> unit complex; and <br /> • The Compass Pointe Subdivision, a 57 single-family lot subdivision south of 261 Street and west of <br /> 50th Avenue . <br /> iii <br />
