0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />C� <br />1 <br />E <br />County; for the purpose of paying interest upon and providing a sinking fund for bonds of <br />said District dated April 1, 1956. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Assessor of Indian River County, Florida, be <br />and he hereby is directed to assess and levy all the foregoing taxes upon the taxable property! <br />in Indian River County, Florida, just and due taxation within the respective boundaries <br />upon which such to xes are levied and the Tax Collector of Indian River County, Florida be <br />and he is hereby directed to collect said taxes and pay over the same and that a certified <br />copy of this Resolution be furnished to the County Assessor of Taxes and the County Collector <br />of taxes. <br />Forrest McCullars appeared before the Board with refence to who could have the <br />Sheol Board's rooms in the Courthouse then they moved. The Chairman appointed a committee <br />consisting of the County Engineer, the County Attorney and Commissioner McCullers to look <br />into the matter. <br />Mr. Don Fisher from Blue Cypress Lake requested the loan of a piece of equipment to <br />drag the road witfr and the Engineer.. -was requested to give him what help he could. <br />Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney stated that the Clerk had been paying the <br />salary of the Secretary to the Circuit Judge and that he had been advised by the Clerk that <br />his fees were not sufficient to continue paying such fees, and requests that.the County <br />Commissioners pay the salary of the Secretary to the Circuit Judge.. Upon motion made by <br />Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and carried, the Board will pay the <br />salary of the Secretary to the Circuit Judge in an amount not to exceed $250.00 per month. <br />The following Item to Item Transfer Resolution was adopted upon Motion made by <br />Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and carried. <br />R E S O L U T I O N -- Item to Item Transfer <br />WHEREAS, there is a total surplus of $500.00 in the General Revenue Fund of Indian <br />River County under some items and which surplus exists after the payment of all necessary <br />expenditures under such items for the current fiscal year, and <br />WHEREAS, there is a deficiency in funds necessary to provide for the proper and <br />authorized expenditures under some items in the General Revenue Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, said items mentioned are a part of the same fund and the transfer from one <br />item to another item in the same fund and is not a transfer from one fund to another fund; <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of $500.00 from some items <br />where there is a surplus to the items where there is a deficiency, according to detailed <br />statement attached, all in the General Revenue Fund of the current budget of Indian River <br />County as provided by law. <br />Item to Item Transfers <br />"r <br /><3. <br />
