t <br /> TASK 300 - CONCEPTUAL STORMWATER LAYOUT <br /> CDM will finalize the conceptual stormwater management system design for the entire landfill . <br /> Finalizing the conceptual stormwater management design is essential to proceed with the <br /> permitting design of the Phase 1 portion of the stormwater management system on the <br /> Northern Expansion area. The conceptual stormwater system design will address the entire <br /> property . This work is summarized in Task 310 . <br /> Subtask 310 - Conceptual Landfill Stormwater Evaluation <br /> The ENGINEER will evaluate the preliminary conceptual master build-out landfill plan using <br /> the stormwater model previously developed by CDM. The master plan will be refined to <br /> provide additional landfill area if available . The size of the stormwater ponds will be <br /> correspondingly reduced . The stormwater model will confirm that the revised master build-out <br /> plan meets all stormwater regulatory requirements and will not experience flooding. <br /> Subtask 311 - Conceptual Landfill Stormzvater Management System Mapping <br /> The ENGINEER will revise the preliminary master build-out plan according to the refinements <br /> supported in Subtask 320 . The plan will be created in AutoCAD 2002 and transmitted to IRC as <br /> an AutoCAD 2000 file . The ENGINEER will provide 3 (full sized and half sized) hard copies of <br /> the plan to the SWDD as well as the digital file . <br /> Subtask 320 - C-5 Bypass Canal Additional Property Aquistion <br /> CDM and SWDD have identified an acceptable route for the C-5 Bypass Canal in order to <br /> abandon the portion of the C-5 which runs through the IRC Landfill property . This route is <br /> along the west side of the IRC wetland mitigation property just west of I-95 . Unfortunately this <br /> wetland mitigation parcel does not physically connect to the existing C-5 Canal right of way . <br /> The purpose of this land acquisition is to obtain a piece of property large enough for the C-5 <br /> bypass canal to be routed south to the wetland mitigation property . The following tasks are <br /> anticipated in order to acquire this additional property . <br /> Subtask 321 - Property Survey (optional future services, not part of this proposal) <br /> CDM will assist SWDD in verifying the amount of additional property which is required . Based <br /> on existing survey information, it appears that 1 -2 acres of additional property is required . <br /> However, an additional boundary survey will be required to verify this . CDM will be assisted <br /> by a surveying subconsultant who will perform this task. The surveyor will assist with the <br /> following tasks : <br /> ■ Verify the boundary of the existing IRC Wetlands Mitigation property and its <br /> relationship to the C-5 ROW.
