<br />Pursuant to the foregoing Notice, the Acting Chairman asked if there were any
<br />present who wished to be heard. There were many and each was heard. Mr. Talbert, who was
<br />requesting the ,zoning change was also heard. After considerable discussion in the matter
<br />and upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and carried,
<br />the Board decided to table this proposed rezoning until the regular meeting of November 4th
<br />when all members might be present.
<br />Mrs. Dorothy Wimbrow of the Pilot Club appeared before the Board with a list of
<br />names which she requested be accepted as members of a Committee to act in an advisory capacity
