shall be 1 " =40 ' or larger (e . g . 1 " = 30 ' , etc . ) - the intent is to fit all <br /> of each site on a single overall plan view sheet using the <br /> largest scale practicable . <br /> (3 ) Text Size - No text ( including numbers ) shall be smaller than <br /> 1 /8- inch high . <br /> (4 ) Drawing Sheet Size - Drawing sheet size shall be 244ch by <br /> 36- inch . <br /> (5 ) Existing Utilities <br /> (a ) Call out each existing utility in the following order: <br /> 1 . Type of utility (e . g . " high pressure gas main , " <br /> high voltage electric lines , " "water main , " "gravity <br /> sewer, " "force main , " "drainage culvert") <br /> 2 . Diameter <br /> 3 . Type of material <br /> 4 . Number of pipes/conduits , as applicable . <br /> (b ) All existing utilities shall have the system-abbreviated <br /> text written into the line . (e . g . ------ FM ------ for a force <br /> main . ) <br /> (c) Tie -down the horizontal location of each utility. <br /> (d ) Screen existing utilities 60 percent . <br /> 2 . Boundary Survey and Survey Control Map - Provide a detailed Boundary <br /> Survey and Survey Control Map for each site . This drawing is intended to <br /> provide an independent land surveyor with all horizontal and vertical control <br /> information necessary to independently reproduce the work in the field . All <br /> work shall meet the " Minimum Technical Standards for Surveying and <br /> Mapping " as set forth in F . S . Chapter 472 . 027 , and the requirements listed <br /> herein . If there is a conflict between the " Minimum Technical Standards for <br /> Surveying and Mapping " and the requirements listed herein , the more <br /> stringent criteria shall prevail . Show and identify all properties ( including <br /> property owner and tax parcel identification number) , road rights-of-way , <br /> drainage ditch rights-of--way , and other rights -of-way and easements within <br /> the survey limits . <br /> 3 . Survey Baseline <br /> a . For each site , establish a Survey Baseline that can later be used as a <br /> Construction Baseline . Where possible , the Survey Baseline shall run <br /> parallel to right-of-way lines . Set survey control points at maximum <br /> 500-foot intervals and at all angle breaks . Show the Survey Baseline <br /> on the applicable drawing (s ) . <br /> b . Tie all bearings to the State Plane Coordinate System , NAD 83/90 <br /> and state origin of datum . All bearings shall read in a clockwise <br /> direction .
