design for bidding and construction . Anticipated professional services <br /> include , but may not be limited to , geotechnical engineering services , <br /> structural engineering services , and electrical engineering services . <br /> 10 . Assistance During Bidding — During the bidding process , provide the <br /> COUNTY with all necessary bidding assistance related to any Work Product <br /> provided by the ENGINEER , including but not limited to , technical and <br /> constructability issues . Respond to all bidder' s questions in writing and copy <br /> the COUNTY . <br /> 11 . Bid Analysis and Recommendation of Award — When bids are received , <br /> analyze each bid for completeness , compliance with the contract <br /> requirements , mathematical errors , references , financial data provided by <br /> bidder, and other pertinent topics , and recommend in writing to the <br /> COUNTY , the bidder with whom the COUNTY should enter into a <br /> construction contract . <br /> 12 . Construction Services — During construction , provide construction services <br /> as requested in writing by the COUNTY at the hourly rates set forth herein . <br /> 13 . Project Close -Out Services- At the end of construction , provide project <br /> close-out services as requested in writing by the COUNTY at the hourly rates <br /> set forth herein . <br /> 14 . Operation and Maintenance Manual — Coordinate with the various <br /> suppliers and prepare a detailed Operation and Maintenance Manual for <br /> each facility. <br /> SECTION IV = TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Upon receipt of the COUNTY' s . written authorization to proceed , one hundred and <br /> twenty ( 120 ) calendar days shall be allowed for delivery of the construction drawings and <br /> permit applications for submittal to the various federal , state , and local permitting agencies <br /> (approximately 75 % completion ) . The final construction drawings , specifications , and bid <br /> documents shall be ready for bidding by the issuance date of the permits , or thirty days <br /> after receipt of the COUNTY' s 75 % review comments , whichever occurs last . <br /> SECTION V - COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the ENGINEER agrees to accept , a fee for <br /> services rendered according to the " Scope of Services Provided by the ENGINEER , " <br /> identified in Section III of this WORK ORDER , in the amount of $494 , 995 .
