OL <br /> c)(4 - Zol (o <br /> Indian River County <br /> Task 04 - Roseland Area Stormwater Improvements <br /> WORK ORDER NO . 11 TO THE PROFESSIONAL <br /> CIVIL SERVICES MASTER AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN CARTER ASSOCIATES , INC . , <br /> DATED AUGUST 4 , 1998 AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> Pursuant to the Professional Services Agreement ( MASTER AGREEMENT ) dated <br /> August 4 , 1998 , by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida , hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY , and CARTER ASSOCIATES , INC . , 1708 <br /> 21st Street , Vero Beach , Florida , hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER , this Work Order <br /> No . 11 is an extension of and hereby becomes a part of the MASTER AGREEMENT as <br /> follows : <br /> SECTION 1 - PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> On May 18 , 2004 , the Board of Indian River County Commissioners voted to delete <br /> the north detention pond from the previously designed and permitted East Roseland <br /> Stormwater Improvement Project ( project) . Subsequently , the St . Johns River Water <br /> Management District (SJRWMD ) informed the County that because the north detention pond <br /> was deleted , the project must be re- permitted through SJRWMD . This Work Order is to re- <br /> permit the project through SJRWMD , including construction drawings , calculations , and <br /> specifications as required by SJRWMD and as necessary to properly construct the permitted <br /> project . <br /> SECTION II - COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br /> The COUNTY agrees to provide the ENGINEER with the following material , data or <br /> services as required in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement : <br /> A . Currently available drainage studies , survey drawings , plans , calculations and <br /> other data pertinent to the project . <br /> B . Title information and title opinion relating to land necessary for the project . <br /> C . Landowner authorizations to inspect the site(s ) with jurisdictional agencies to <br /> determine existing environmental conditions . <br /> D . Landowner negotiations to acquire easements and/or right-of--way necessary <br /> for the project . <br /> E . Soils testing as required , under the direction of the ENGINEER . <br /> F . Permit Fees <br /> SECTION III — ENGINEER' S SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> A . Perform all environmental investigation , engineering design , surveying , <br /> drainage design , permitting , and incidental work required to re- permit through <br /> SJRWMD , the East Roseland Area Stormwater Improvement Project with the <br /> FAPublic Works\KeithM\Stormwater Projects\Roseland\Work Orders\Work Order No. 11 - Carter Associates.doc Page 1 of 4 <br />
