<br /> that the contractor can construct the revised project . Prepare revised plans and
<br /> drainage calculations and resubmit the new information to SJRWMD .
<br /> Be Expedite the permitting schedule in an effort to meet certain grant contract
<br /> milestone dates .
<br /> C . Strive to complete its work on the project as rapidly as possible by maintaining
<br /> an adequate staff of registered engineers , biologists , draftsmen , and other
<br /> necessary employees on the project at all times .
<br /> D . Report the status of this project to the Director of Public Works upon request
<br /> and hold all drawings , calculations , and work open to the inspection of the
<br /> Director or his authorized agent at any time , upon reasonable request .
<br /> SECTION IV = TIME FOR COMPLETION
<br /> After receipt of written authorization to proceed , ENGINEER will complete the work as
<br /> rapidly as possible .
<br /> SECTION V — COMPENSATION
<br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept , a fee of $5 , 680 for
<br /> services rendered according to Section III , " Engineer' s Scope of Services . "
<br /> SECTION VI = ADDITIONAL SERVICE WORK
<br /> If changes are requested by the COUNTY or extra work is imposed to the COUNTY
<br /> by the demands of certain regulatory agencies after the approval by the COUNTY of this
<br /> AGREEMENT , and upon the issuance of a subsequent work order by the Director of Public
<br /> Works Department , said extra work may commence in accordance with the following fee
<br /> schedule :
