Values shall be place on key baseline <br /> monumentation . <br /> ❑ County/State lines <br /> ❑ Section <br /> ❑ Township <br /> ❑ Range <br /> ❑ Government Lots , Grants , etc. <br /> ❑ Sections and % Sections ( lines & corners) . <br /> ❑ Certified Corner reports of all Section and '/a corners used in the course of survey shall <br /> be completed and/or updated . <br /> ❑ City Limits by Name & Symbol ; Name of City , if job entirely within city limits but does not <br /> cross-city limits . <br /> ❑ Land and Subdivision Ties (angles and/or, bearings & distances) <br /> ❑ Subdivision name and limits <br /> ❑ Plat Book and page <br /> ❑ Lots and Blocks <br /> ❑ Lot and Street dimensions (plat or document of record ) . <br /> ❑ Show all original plat and RNV lines of record , if different from present time , with dashed <br /> lines . I . E . Progression of the R/W history with recording information , ( I . E . ORB . PG etc) . <br /> ❑ As applicable to the project - show all proposed R/W lines in distinct bold line type . <br /> ❑ Show/plot all Murphy Reservations and/or release lines (including document of record) <br /> via graphic or dimension which ever is obtainable . <br /> ❑ Show names of subdivision streets , plat book and page recording — also , show Lot and <br /> Block number and Dimensions , Exceptions , Easements , and Vacated portions . <br /> ❑ When property lines break the Right of Way on curve , show tangent bearings or chord <br /> bearings . <br /> ❑ Show any replat of a subdivision — show old subdivision when necessary to clear up <br /> former acquisition or old title references — use system of dashed lines , dotted figures , <br /> etc . , with ties shown and name and plat book reference indicated <br /> ❑ Stations and Angle Ties to ALL Existing Major and Minor Side Streets ( Public Road <br /> R/W) as surveyed and/or calculated . <br /> ❑ Show field located P . R . M . /major property corner or parcel ties by station/offset to <br /> baseline/control line . <br /> ❑ Current and/or historical Street Names . <br /> ❑ Any buildings within 25 feet of proposed R/W line shall be dimensioned to R/W line . If <br /> proposed R/W line is unknown , obtain buildings within +/- 25 ' of existing RNV .
