Also show curve data on all sheets where they appear. ❑ Provide 100 ' stations on the map product on the controlling baseline and at the beginning , ending of R/W project , including all bends , PC ' s , PT' s , PI ' s . ❑ Provide and monument stations in the field at maximum 1 , 000 ' intervals , on the controlling baseline and at the beginning , ending of R/W project , including all bends , PC ' s , PT's , PI ' s . For projects under '/z miles stationing at 500 ' intervals . ❑ Stationing in field minimum 500 ' beyond beginning and ending of project. ❑ Baseline (equate stationing to intersecting or matching State or County Jobs by Station and job number when available) ❑ Projects shall be in NAD83/90 State plane coordinate system and bearings reference shall be shown and must be clearly stated . Values shall be place on key baseline monumentation . ❑ County/State lines ❑ Section ❑ Township ❑ Range ❑ Government Lots , Grants , etc. ❑ Sections and % Sections ( lines & corners) . ❑ Certified Corner reports of all Section and '/a corners used in the course of survey shall be completed and/or updated . ❑ City Limits by Name & Symbol ; Name of City , if job entirely within city limits but does not cross-city limits . ❑ Land and Subdivision Ties (angles and/or, bearings & distances) ❑ Subdivision name and limits ❑ Plat Book and page ❑ Lots and Blocks ❑ Lot and Street dimensions (plat or document of record ) . ❑ Show all original plat and RNV lines of record , if different from present time , with dashed lines . I . E . Progression of the R/W history with recording information , ( I . E . ORB . PG etc) . ❑ As applicable to the project - show all proposed R/W lines in distinct bold line type . ❑ Show/plot all Murphy Reservations and/or release lines (including document of record) via graphic or dimension which ever is obtainable . ❑ Show names of subdivision streets , plat book and page recording — also , show Lot and Block number and Dimensions , Exceptions , Easements , and Vacated portions . ❑ When property lines break the Right of Way on curve , show tangent bearings or chord bearings . ❑ Show any replat of a subdivision — show old subdivision when necessary to clear up former acquisition or old title references — use system of dashed lines , dotted figures , etc . , with ties shown and name and plat book reference indicated ❑ Stations and Angle Ties to ALL Existing Major and Minor Side Streets ( Public Road R/W) as surveyed and/or calculated . ❑ Show field located P . R . M . /major property corner or parcel ties by station/offset to baseline/control line . ❑ Current and/or historical Street Names . ❑ Any buildings within 25 feet of proposed R/W line shall be dimensioned to R/W line . If proposed R/W line is unknown , obtain buildings within +/- 25 ' of existing RNV . Locations of buildings and large structures can be obtained from field and/or photographic / planimetric methods , note shall be placed on plan as to origin . ❑ Show and identify all easements on detail maps by width , use and ownership (where applicable) . ❑ Any other items as to meet the goals and objectives established by the County .
