South wall vinyl base is not adhered completely to the drywall . 5 . To the left of door frame 026, drywall needs to be repainted where the door frame paint has gotten on the drywall. 6. One ceiling tile not in place. 7 . Data outlet on the east wall has not been secured to the junction box. ESF-7- Room 027 & ESF-6 - Room 028 1 . Drywall to the left of door frame 027 is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. West wall to the left of Door 027 , the west wall adjacent to Room 029, drywall around the electrical outlet cover needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true about the drywall around TC Outlet 30. 3 . South wall , left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted and also drywall above the vinyl base on the south wall to the right of this inside corner needs to be cleaned of vinyl base adhesive. 4. East wall, center of the wall needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 5 . Drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregular. 6. Drywall above the vinyl base to the bottom right Data Outlet 37/38B needs to be patched and repaired and repainted. 7. Southwest outside corner that is the southwest corner adjacent to Room 028 needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. East wall, to the right of Door 027 marks on the drywall above the door stop needs to be patched and repaired. That is also true above the vinyl base on the south end of the wall. 9. Right inside corner to the right of Door 027 needs to be sanded and repainted. Very irregular. 10. Carpet at the southeast outside corner of Room 029 needs to be secured to the floor, at this time it is not. 11 . Floor boxes are not installed at this time. ESF-5 - Room 029 1 . Bottom left of door frame 029, dent in the frame, this needs to be repaired. 2 . Bottom right of Door 029 drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . West wall, left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted . Drywall irregular. That is also true of drywall around electrical outlet on this wall . 4. One ceiling tile not in place. 5 . South wall, 2nd full ceiling tile off the west wall tile is damaged. ESF-4 - Room 030 1 . Outside face of Door 030 glue below the lockset needs to be removed. 2. Inside corner to the right of Door 030 drywall is irregular above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . South wall, drywall to the right of the electrical outlet marks on the drywall need to be cleaned and repainted. 4. Right inside comer of the south wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular. That is also true of the drywall leading into this comer at this same location . 5. Drywall to the left of TV Outlet 18 needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Drywall to the top left of Data Outlet 25126C needs to be repainted. 7. West wall, the right inside comer approximately up 2-3ft. needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregularities in the corner. 8. North wall between electrical outlet and the left inside corner the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. 9. North wall „ marks on the drywall to the upper right of Data Outlet 27/28C .
