Middle of the wall to the right of Door 023B mark on the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 5 . Outsides corners of door opening 024 needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Carpeting does not extend fully to the threshold, needs to be corrected. Also, carpeting in this area needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris, drywall mud and dust in the area of Door 024. 7. Top right face of hollow metal door frame 024 needs to be sanded and repainted. Finish is very irregular. 8 . Paint needs to be removed from the weather stripping and the weather strip frame that goes around the door. 9 . Drywall opening, right and left metal jamb to Door 024 is very irregular, not plumb. This needs to be looked at not acceptable. 10. To the right of Door 024, drywall above vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, sanded and repainted where it is irregular. 11 . West wall, south inside corner just to the right, irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted. 12. Drywall above the vinyl base, approximately 6ft. off the south inside corner and 12ft. off the south inside comer, irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted. 13 . Drywall above the Johnson Control Unit, approximately 3ft., fingerprints on the wall needs to be repainted. 14. Carpet at the intersection of Corridor 024 & 025 , stains in the carpet this needs to be corrected. Also, the carpet color between the Corridors and the Multi-Purpose Room do not match. This needs to be looked at and corrected if possible. 15 . Two ceiling tiles not in place in this area. 16. Ceiling grid above Door 024 is unacceptable, ceiling tile not setting flush. Grid needs to be set level off the drywall . 17 . Ceiling grid does not set flush to the west wall, needs to be corrected. Corridor 025 1 . Top right of Door 026, drywall needs to be repainted. Fingerprints above the header of the door frame and to the right of the door frame at the outside edge of the drywall. 2. Bottom right of Door 026 above the vinyl base drywall, needs to be repainted. 3. East wall, to the left of Door 027, drywall needs to be repainted above the vinyl base in numerous locations and also below the Johnson Control Unit. 4. Drywall to the top left of Door 028, marks on the drywall needs to be repainted and that also true of both door frame 027 . 5 . To the right of door frame 029, marks on the drywall and the outside corner at this location needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Left inside comer of Door 030 needs to be sanded and repainted . That is also true of the drywall above the vinyl base between the outside and the inside corner to the left of Door 030. 7 . Outside corner, to the right of Door 030, needs to be sanded and repainted. 8 . North wall to the left of electrical outlet, drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, drywall around the electrical outlet is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. That is to the left of the outlet, around the outlet and to the bottom right of the outlet. 9. Center of this north wall above the vinyl base drywall is irregular and dents in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, joint in the vinyl base is unacceptable at this area. 10. Ceiling grid just to the left of the A/C grille is damaged, chipped, needs to be cleaned and replaced. ESF-S -Room 026 1 . Outside face of Door 026 scratches on the door below the lockset the complete width of the door and also dirt and fingerprints at the hinge side opposite the view light. 2.
