Drywall to the top left of Door 022 needs to be sanded and repainted . Drywall is irregular. That is also true of the left side between the middle and bottom hinge. 13 . West wall to the right of Door 002 marks on the drywall along this whole needs to be repainted. 14. Up to the top right inside corner needs to be caulked and repainted. 15 . North wall of Corridor 020 opposite the Restrooms, west end above the vinyl base, drywall irregular for approximately 5-6ft. for the complete length, there is irregularities in the drywall, dents and chips, etc. This needs to be patched and repaired and repainted. 16. Southeast outside corner of Room 017 and Corridor 020 needs to be sanded and repainted. 17 . West wall , the drywall to the left of Door 017 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around electrical outlet cover. 18 . Drywall above door frame 017 needs to be sanded and repainted and that is also true to the top left of the hollow metal door frame. Women's 021 1 . Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . 2. Ceramic tile walls need to be cleaned of dirt, debris and access paint and access grout. 3 . Ceramic tile 2x6 trim needs to be cleaned of paint and top edge needs to be cut in where it abuts the drywall. 4. Cove base tile face where it abuts the ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned of grout. 5 . Accessories need to be cleaned or have protective film removed. 6. Toilet paper holder needs to be secured firmly to the wall . Men's Restroom 022 1 . Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris along with ceramic tile walls. 2. 2x6 ceramic tile top edge trim needs to be cleaned of paint and needs to be properly cut in where it abuts the drywall . 3 . Floor drain cover needs to be cleaned of grout, tape and grout. 4. To the right of hollow metal Door 020 grout needs to be filled in, voids in the grout. That is also true of the left inside corner to the left of hollow metal door frame 022 . 5 . Above the water closet approximately 5-6 tiles above the grab bar voids in the grout, this needs to be filled in . 6. Protective coverings need to be removed from the toilet fixtures . 7. Numerous areas where the vertical grout joints are not filled in . This needs to be corrected. Mechanical Room 023 1 . Door 023 outside face of wood door is a scuff mark about the middle of the door below the lockset. 2. No locksets installed on this door. 3 . Floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 4. Vinyl base needs to be installed. 5 . All penetrations need to be sealed leaving this Mechanical Room. 6. Any handprints, dirt and debris on the wall need to be touched-up with paint. Corridor 024 1 . Electrical outlet between Door 019 and 023B drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. 2. Also, this same area to the left, small scuff mark on the wall and irregularity above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 .
