Drywall above hollow metal door frame 019 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it hits the door head. 3. Bottom right hollow metal door frame 019 caulking is pulled away from the door, needs to be patched and repaired. Also, in this same area to the right of the upper hinge, stain on the drywall needs to be repainted. 4. Electrical outlet on the west wall, drywall to the right of the outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, left inside corner of the west wall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. Pin holes in the drywall . 5 . South wall to the left of Data Outlet 5/61), drywall needs to be patched, sanded and repainted. Also, just below this data outlet above the vinyl base irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted. 6. Left end of the south wall escutcheon plate needs to be put on the clean out. 7 . East wall , drywall below the electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is irregular. Also, outlet cover needs to be set flush to the wall. 8. Drywall at the bottom of TV Outlet 24 needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregular. 9. North wall, drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, to the bottom left just above the vinyl base irregularity in the drywall at this same location. Needs to be sanded and repainted . 10. Ceiling tile at the northeast corner needs to be set flush into the grid. Corridor 020 1 . East wall adjacent to Room 016 drywall above the vinyl base approximately 4 to 6 ft. in, irregularities and marks on the drywall , need to be cleaned. Also, to the top left of the opening leading to Corridor 011 marks on the drywall, fingerprints need to be cleaned and repainted. 2 . South end of the east wall above the vinyl base, glue needs to be cleaned off the drywall and irregularities in the drywall in this area need to be sanded and repainted. It occurs in approximately in a 6ft. area, approximately 3ft. off the south inside corner. Exterior Door 020 1 . Weather stripping frame needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, paint, etc. Also, screw missing on the bottom left edge. 2. Exterior door kick plate needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris. 3. Left and right outside corners of the drywall on either side of Door 020, needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Right inside corner to the right of Door 020 needs to be sanded and repainted approximately 2ft. up. 5 . Hollow metal door frame 021 where the drywall abuts a round the bottom 2-3ft. this drywall area needs from the outside corner in needs to be sanded and repainted and hollow metal frame cleaned of drywall dust, paint and debris . 6. Right side of hollow metal door frame 021 where the drywall abuts it needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 7 . Top right of hollow metal door frame 021 needs to be repainted. 8 . Drinking fountains need to be re-caulked where they abut the ceramic tile. Caulking is irregular and excessive. 9. Drywall where it abuts the grout joints for the ceramic tile at the drinking fountains, recommend that the grout joint gets painted the same as the wall color. This area does not provide irregularity in an edge contract. 10. Part of ceramic tile where it abuts the drop ceiling over the drinking fountain needs to be cut in properly with paint, very irregular, not acceptable. That is also true of the top right and left edges of the dropped header. Needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. 11 .
