Left inside comer of north wall, pin holes in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted approximately 2ft. up off the floor. 9. West wall , above the vinyl base between the right inside comer and the data outlet irregularities in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. Electrical outlet to the left of TV outlet 26, drywall needs to be patched, sanded and repainted. 11 . West wall, lft. before the left inside corner irregularities in the drywall on the west wall and on the south wall a foot off the inside corner and the inside corner just above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 12. South wall to the bottom left of Data Outlet 15/16C above the vinyl base the drywall needs to be repainted and dirt and debris needs to be cleaned off the drywall along the complete length of the vinyl base and this wall . 13 . Drywall to the right of Door 017 is irregular needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, finish just above the light switch is rough and irregular and at the top right of the door frame 017 needs to be sanded and repaired. 14. Screw head showing at the door head just above the closure of Door 017 closure. Needs to be patched and repaired. 15 . Carpet needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 16. Ceiling tiles chipped. That is the 2nd full ceiling tile off of the south wall and possibly the center of the room. ESF-11- 018 1 . Hollow metal frame left outside edge needs to be cleaned of red marker. 2. Center of Door 018 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris, which is just to the left of lockset. 3 . Hollow metal door frame left inside edge above the lockset needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Wood frame around the view light needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 5. Bottom left of Door 018 is irregular approximately 2ft. up needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. To the right of electrical light switch, drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the electrical outlet on the north wall to the left of Door 108 . 7. Above the vinyl base in numerous areas on the north , west and south walls, chips in the paint, irregularities in the drywall, etc. need to be sanded and repainted. 8. West wall, top left of Johnson ' s Control Box and the bottom left and right in that general area there is irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted. 9. Drywall around electrical outlet to the right of Data 9/101) needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, on the drywall around Data 11 /12D. 10. South wall, electrical outlet to the right of TV Outlet 25, a hole in the drywall needs to be patched, sanded and repainted. Also, just to the top left of this TV Outlet drywall mud on the wall needs to be cleaned. 11 . Northwest corner on the west wall vinyl base drywall is very irregular behind the vinyl base at this location. Base needs to be removed, drywall needs to be corrected to set flush and smooth and need vinyl base re- installed. 12. Ceiling tile at middle of the room, approximately 2 full ceiling tiles off the north wall, chip in the tile. 13 .
