North wall the outside corner leading to Door 014 outside corner needs to be sanded and repainted . 16. Drywall above the vinyl base just to the left of Door 014, left wall needs to be sanded and repainted. 17 . Floor box covers not installed at this time. 18 . Ceiling grid in front of Door 014 to the right of the return air grille it looks like it has blue marker or painters tape on needs to be removed or repaired. 19. Ceiling grid at the outside corner adjacent to wall of Room 013 is dirty. 20. Ceiling grid at the west wall leading off of Door 014 approximately 3 tiles towards the center of room is dented and needs to be replaced . 21 . Drywall above Door 014 where it abuts the hollow metal door frame, head needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . ESF- 13 - Room 016 1 . Carpet in front of Door 016 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 2. Face of Door 016 above the kick plate has scratches on it, needs to be patched and repaired and kick-plate needs to be cleaned of glue. 3 . Inside face of door adjacent to lockset escutcheon plate scratches on the finish of the door. 4. Paint on the wood trim at the view light windows. 5. Screws in the strike where the latch at the lockset needs to be set flush. 6. Drywall where it abuts the head of Door 016 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, to the right of the door mark on the drywall at the center hinge needs to be repainted. That is also true of top left of Door 016, marks on the drywall. 7. North wall, drywall around electrical outlet plate needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular and electrical outlet needs to be cleaned of paint. 8. West wall, drywall around electrical outlet and Data Outlet 19/20B needs to be sanded and repainted . Also in this same area drywall above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. 9. West wall towards the left inside corner, gouge in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 10. South wall , about the middle of the room above the vinyl base pin holes in the drywall, needs to be sanded and repainted and there are some irregularities below the data outlet and to the right of electrical outlet cover plate that needs to be sanded and repainted along with the drywall around the electrical outlet cover. 11 . Left inside corner of the south wall approximately 3ft. up the wall needs to be painted that is the drywall leading into the comer and the corner needs to be sanded and repainted. 12. East wall, about the middle of the wall above the vinyl base irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted. Also, the electrical outlet cover plate on this wall needs to be set flush to the drywall . 13 . South wall, middle of the wall approximately 2ft. down from the ceiling fingerprints on the wall needs to be repainted. 14. Ceiling tile off the southwest corner needs to be set flush into the grid. ESF-12-017 1 . Bottom left inside corner of door chip in the door of Room 017 . 2 . Drywall where it abuts the hollow metal door frame head needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 3. Drywall to the left of the hollow metal door frame 017 that bottom left needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 4. Vinyl base to the left of hollow metal door frame 017 irregularity in the drywall behind the vinyl base, base needs to be removed, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted and vinyl base re-installed. 5 . Inside corner on drywall area to the left of hollow metal door frame 017, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Wall stop is loose, needs to be secured.
