Scratches on door to the left and at the escutcheon of the lockset, needs to be repaired. 2. Hollow metal door frame on the bottom left at the outside Corridor 011 there is a small dent in the edges , needs to be patched and repaired. 3 . Bottom inside face of Door 013 scratch on the door. Also, adjacent to the escutcheon plate, dirt marks on the door needs to be cleaned. 4. Bottom left of hollow metal Door 013 bottom right needs to be cleaned where paint is on the hollow metal frame. That is also true on the bottom hollow metal frame where it abuts the carpet. 5 . Electrical outlet to the left of Door 013 , drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. South wall to the right of the electrical outlet drywall above the vinyl base chip in the drywall and marks, glue on the drywall needs to be patched and repaired and repainted. 7 . East wall drywall above the vinyl base in numerous areas there is chips, irregularities need to be sanded and repainted. Also, glue and marks on the drywall need to be repainted. 8. North wall above the vinyl base irregularities in the drywall and also around electrical outlet need to be sanded and repainted. 9. Electrical outlet to the right of TV outlet 28, outlet cover needs to be set flush to the drywall . 10. Angled wall to the right of Door 013 , right and left inside corners approximately 2 to 3 Ft. off the floor needs to sanded and repainted. Irregular. Rooms 014 & 015 1 . Door 014 needs to be cleaned of glue on the outside face and also scuff marks/scratch on the finish above the kick plate needs to be repaired. 2 . Drywall above Door 014 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the hollow metal door frame. 3. To the right of the hollow metal door frame 014 approximately 2ft. off the finished floor needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true up towards the top right edge of the door frame . 4. Right inside corner, to the right of Door 014, drywall approximately 6- 12 inches needs to be sanded and repainted. 5. East wall just to the right of Door 014, irregularities in the drywall coming up above the vinyl base and approximately 2ft up needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Outside corner of the north wall, approximately 3ft up, irregularities in the drywall and the corner needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true up about 4 or 5 ft off the outside corner is chip , drywall mud needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, in this same area joint in the vinyl base in not acceptable . 7 . North wall drywall around the electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, above the vinyl base approximately the first third of this north wall there is a irregularity in the drywall, needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. Drywall around electrical outlet and TV Outlet 33 needs to be sanded and repainted. hregular. 9. East wall, to the left inside corner, marks and fingerprints on the drywall needs to be patched and repainted. 10. Drywall around electrical outlet to the left of Data 33/34D needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular. 11 . Drywall to the top right of Data Outlet 45/46D drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. That is on the south wall. 12. South wall far right inside corner glue above the drywall needs to be removed and repainted. 13 . West wall drywall around the electrical outlet cover needs to be sanded and repainted and electrical outlet needs to be set plumb and level . 14. North wall adjacent to Room 016 drywall around TV Outlet 32 and electrical outlet in this same area needs to be patched and repaired. Opening cut too large, drywall is damaged.
