ESF-2- Room 034 1 . Outside face of Door 034 needs to be cleaned of glue and red marker. 2. Drywall to bottom left of hollow metal door 034 needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . North wall drywall around electrical outlet and Data Outlet 3/4C needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, drywall above the vinyl base between electrical outlet and left inside corner of north wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall irregular. 4. West wall, drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted and electrical outlet cover needs to be set flush to the wall . 5 . South wall, drywall around TV Outlet 12 needs to be sanded and repainted. Opening cut too large. 6. South wall above the vinyl base and to the left of the electrical outlet, marks on the wall need to be cleaned and repainted. 7. Door wall stop is loose, needs to be re-secured. 8 . Ceiling tile in front of Door 034 to the right of the light fixture, chipped. ESF-1- Room 035 1 . Outside face of door needs to be cleaned of glue to the bottom right of lockset. 2. Drywall to the bottom of hollow metal door frame 035 needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . Top right corner of hollow metal door frame 035 is dented, needs to be repaired . 4. South wall to the bottom right of electrical outlet, marks on the drywall need to be repainted . 5. Drywall around TV Outlet 14 needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. _Break Room 038 & Food Preu. 039 1 . Outside face of Door 038 at bottom left lockset, scratches in the finish. 2. To the left of door frame 038 drywall needs to be patched and repaired about 2ft. off the floor. 3. Fingerprints and marks on the walls need to be painted. 4. East wall, to the right of Door 039 drywall around electrical outlet needs to be patched and repaired at the top right and also the bottom right a gouge in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired above the vinyl base. 5 . No fire extinguishers installed at this time. 6. Top right of Door 039 is dented needs to be repaired. 7. Drywall above Door 039 needs to be patched and painted . 8 . Wall stops at Door 039 is loose, needs to be secured. 9 . Drywall between 039 and the base cabinets need to be cleaned of dirt and debris on the wall. That is in the location of where the refrigerator location is. 10. All cabinetry needs to be cleaned of dirt inside and out, door and drawers need to be set adjusted be level and plumb. 11 . Countertop is unacceptable, front face of counter should be at least 1 inch overhang off the base cabinet and is very uneven and irregular. Cabinet drawer faces extend out past the edge of the countertop, this is unacceptable this needs to be corrected. 12 . Vinyl tile needs to be installed under the ice maker location and drywall in this area needs to be patched and repaired and vinyl base installed. 13. Sink needs to be caulked where it abuts the countertop. 14. Vinyl tile is cut short of the cabinetry on the exterior west wall, this needs to be corrected. 15 .
