Exterior windows need to be cleaned of drywall mud, paint. etc. <br /> 17. Window sills need to be caulked where the drywall abuts the underside of the Corian sills . <br /> 18 . South wall, drywall around the electrical outlet and Data Outlet 1/2C need have drywall sanded and repainted . <br /> Irregular. Also, scuff marks and pencil marks on the drywall need to be patched and repaired. <br /> 19. South wall, drywall around electrical outlet to the left of TV Outlet 13 needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 20. Carpet and vinyl threshold transition needs to be installed at Doors 038 & 039. <br /> 21 . Right hand corner to the right of Door 038 vinyl tile not installed. <br /> 22. First accent pattern that is in front of Door 039 there is only 2 tiles wide in width and length. Pattern accent <br /> tile is extending under the vinyl base this needs to be the field tile, this needs to be corrected. <br /> 23 . The 5d' ceiling grid off the north wall and V full tile off the east, grid is damaged needs to be repainted or <br /> replaced. <br /> 24. The 3rd and 7th ceiling grid off the north wall is damaged needs to be replaced and that is the I " full tile off the <br /> exterior wall which is the west wall. <br /> 25 . VCT flooring needs to be cleaned and waxed as per the specifications. <br /> 26. East wall center of the wall vinyl tile is short of the vinyl base, concrete slab is exposed. Also, in this Same <br /> area the joint in the VCT tile unacceptable, too large. <br /> 27 . VCT needs to be caulked where it abuts the hollow metal door frames . <br /> Janitors Room 040 <br /> 1 . No lockset installed in Door 040. <br /> 2. Hollow metal door frame is damaged at the top right corner and at the right and left side of the door. <br /> 3 . Door needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive below the lockset opening on the outside face and the inside face <br /> of the door. <br /> 4. Drywall ceiling around the A/C vent needs to be sanded and repainted and the vent needs to he set flush to the <br /> ceiling. <br /> 5 . Mop shelf needs to be cleaned of protective covering. <br /> 6. Ceramic file walls need to be cleaned of dirt and debris. That is also true of the ceramic tile floor. <br /> 7. Ceramic tile where it abuts the drywall needs to be cleaned of paint and cut in properly. <br /> 8. Ceramic tile cove where it abuts the mop sink is broken and chipped on the right side. This needs to be <br /> corrected and marker needs to be removed from the ceramic tile in this location. <br /> Mechanical Room/Electrical Room 041 <br /> 1 . Door 041 no lockset installed. <br /> 2. Exterior face of Door 041 scratches on the door. <br /> 3 . Floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and base installed at the walls . <br /> 4. All marks, fingerprints , dirt, etc., needs to be cleaned up off the walls and walls need to he painted. <br /> 5 . Drywall to the right of the hollow metal door frame 041 needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall irregular. <br /> That is also true of the head of the hollow metal door frame where the drywall abuts it. <br /> 6. No fire extinguisher installed at this time. <br /> 7 . Electrical outlet to the Door 041 opening cut too large, drywall needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. <br /> 8 . Floor drain needs to be cleaned of tape and concrete. <br /> 9.
