WEATHER: SUNNY & HUMID EOC Exterior Building Punch List East Elevation 1 . Main entrance doors leading into the front Lobby top right corner needs to be re-caulked, paint finish is chipped and caulking. 2 . Threshold at main entrance door needs to be caulked where it abuts the concrete. 3 . Sides of main entrance doors at the strike side and the outside edges need to be repainted. 4. Covered entrance concrete sidewalk needs to be cleaned of stain, dirt and debris, etc. 5 . To the right of the front entrance door concrete slab and sidewalk has paint on it needs to be cleaned. 6. Covered entry area wall opposite the front entrance doors need to be repainted. 7. Covered entry area wall opposite the front entrance doors, the south and north inside corners have dirt and debris in it and also smudges on the wall. 8 . Front entrance covered entry metal drip edge needs to be cleaned of paint and tar on the north and south sides where it abuts the building and front face. 9. Front left south corner of the metal drip edge, caulking needs to be removed from the bottom edge. 10. North face of the covered entry , the left bottom panel needs to be repainted and the right middle panel needs to be repainted, smudge marks and white paint on the panel.
