Exterior windows to the right of the front entrance door top track for the impact screen needs to be caulked to <br /> the tilt-up panel. Also, some areas around this panel have not been painted. <br /> 12. To the left, south of the covered entry junction box is still taped over. This is not to be used, needs to be <br /> plated or removed. <br /> 13 . Below hose bibb need to repaint panel. Dirt and smudge marks . That is typical throughout the bottom accent <br /> color of the building. <br /> 14. Fifth panel to the south or the left of the covered entry, smudge marks on the filed color needs to be repainted . <br /> 15 . Sixth panel at the Yd lower accent tile from the covered entry, finish around this area doesn't have sufficient <br /> coats of paint, pin holes in the paint finish, needs to be re-coated. <br /> 16. Fourth panel from the south corner needs to be patched up with paint. <br /> 17 . Second panel from the south corner, the bottom panel needs to be recoated with paint, concrete is exposed, <br /> does not appear to have sufficient coat of paint, pin holes expose the concrete . <br /> 18 . Finial on the Flag Pole seems to be bent. This needs to be checked to make sure it is secured and plumb. <br /> South Elevation <br /> 1 . To the right of the easternmost concrete entrance cover, pin holes in the paint finish in numerous areas <br /> starting at the east comer and coming towards the easternmost covered entry. Insufficient coats of paint, <br /> concrete is exposed by pin holes, etc. . <br /> 2 . First accent tile to the right of the easternmost covered entry on the south elevation needs to be repainted at <br /> the outside edges, concrete exposed. <br /> 3. Eastern covered entry on the south elevation joints and bottom left panel to the bottom left of the ceramic tile <br /> concrete finish is showing, paint is peeling off the panel. <br /> 4. Inside east covered entry clip angles for the concrete tilt-up walls need to be caulked at the voids where the <br /> steel angles abut the concrete panels and repainted. <br /> 5 . Interior alcove leading to the easternmost exterior door needs to be repainted. Dirt on the walls and <br /> throughout appears to be insufficient coats of paint on the side panels to the left and right sides of the door. <br /> 6. Top joint above easternmost door on the south elevation needs to be re-caulked, caulk joint is cracking just <br /> above the light fixture. <br /> 7. Inside panel opposite the entrance door of the southeastern covered entry, corners and wall opposite the door <br /> need to be repainted, dirt throughout. <br /> S . Threshold at exterior doors leading to Mechanical Room needs to be caulked at the concrete sidewalk. <br /> 9. To the right of exterior Mechanical Room door, abandoned emergency drain line opening left in the pre-cast <br /> panel needs to be sealed and caulked. <br /> 10. Southwest covered entry — steel clip angles need to be caulked where they abut the pre-cast panels. <br /> 11 . Threshold needs to be caulked at the southwest entrance exterior doors where it abuts the concrete. <br /> 12. Right and left inside corners leading to the exterior door, at the southwest enclosure, needs to be repainted, <br /> insufficient coats of paint. <br /> 13. To the left or west of the southwest covered entry caulking between the concrete slabs and the tilt-up panels is <br /> pulled away from the building, needs to be re-caulked. <br /> West Elevation <br /> 1 . Second panel to the north from the south corner of the west, paint finish has been damaged at the bottom, <br /> needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 2. Fifth panel in from the south corner of the west elevation upper panel imperfections in the finish in two <br /> locations , needs to be corrected.
