West exterior , top track for the impact screen needs to be caulked where it abuts the pre-cast panel . 4. Precast panel joint above the southernmost window on the west elevation, insufficient finish inside the joint, paint finish needs to be redone. 5 . Exterior door leading into the Mechanical Room off the Equipment enclosed area, threshold needs to be caulked where it abuts the concrete slab. 6. Penetrations thru the west exterior wall at the Equipment enclosure for Electrical, A/C , etc. this needs to be sealed. Electrical conduit, at main service panel, going into the building has not been sealed where it penetrates, that is the same also for small electrical conduit to the right of the automatic transfer switch. 7. Inside screen wall opposite the Emergency Generator, joint between pre-cast panels is very rough and irregular, not uniform. Exposed edges of concrete need to be painted. 8. Back wall A/C enclosure opposite the Emergency Generator there is void in the gravel area underneath the panel, needs to be filled in. 9. South end of the Emergency Generator gravel area appears to have more dirt than gravel, this needs to be cleaned and leveled, insufficient thickness of gravel. Need more gravel installed so that no dirt comes through or is visible. 10. Recess above pair of doors leading into from the enclosed Equipment area, between the transfer switch and the light, has not been painted, needs to be painted. 11 . Outside west face of the Equipment enclosure, center of sodded area wet soil just, at the edge of the pavement need to check and see if no lines are broken or if this is condensate area. 12. North end of west elevation, near the Utility Main, two conduits projecting out of the pre-cast panel above grade are left open , if these are not being used they need to be closed off. North Elevation 1 . First panel off the west corner of the north elevation, center panel finish is irregular, needs to be patched and repaired. Also, in this same area at the west corner of the north elevation, finish is damaged on the bottom panel, needs to be patched and repaired. 2. Western most covered entry area outside face the north face accent color needs to be cut in properly to the reveal joints. 3 . Inside West covered entry on the north face, steel angles needs to be caulked where they abut the concrete and repainted. 4. Inside West covered entry, left and right inside corners of the panel opposite the entrance door and also the right and left panels adjacent to the entrance door need to be repainted. That includes the right and left inside corners. 5 . North Elevation, Center covered entry, area inside corners opposite the door and on right and left sides of the doors need to be repainted. 6. North Elevation, Center covered entry, clip angles needs to be caulked where they abut the concrete. 7 . Tilt up Panel below the hose bibb needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 8 . Tilt-up panel to the left of the exterior intake grille , imperfection in the panel, this needs to seen if this can taken care of with the paint finish. 9. East covered entry on the north elevation; clip angles needs to be caulked where they abut the panel and repainted. 10. Right side East covered entry on the north elevation, above opening leading into exterior entry door alcove, pre-cast panel has been damaged needs to be patched and repaired. Also, true in this same area where the ceiling and the wall panel meet, needs to be re-caulked. 11 .
