Light fixture diffuser is damaged at the east end of the light fixture directly in front of the Johnson Control Unit. 10. The I " ceiling grid off the north wall, approximately 3 full tiles left of the drywall opening leading into Vestibule 060, is bend, damaged needs to be replaced. IL All ceiling tiles need to set flush in the grid. Exposed edges should not be visible. 12 . Ceiling to the top left of entrancing the Vestibule 060 is duty, edges exposed and raveled, damaged. 13. Return air grille in the area 062 off the north wall of Storage Room 061 is dirty and ceiling grid is bent in this area. Storage Room 059 1 . This room cannot be punched out at this time. It is full of construction material , ladders, contract documents, cabling, etc. Alcove 060 1 . Exterior Door 060 needs to be repainted, cleaned where there is scratch marks, dirt, paint, etc. 2. Closure for door 060 needs cover plate installed. 3 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be touched-up with paint. 4. Outside corners of drywall to the right and left of Door 060 needs to be sanded and repainted, it has been damaged. Also vinyl base is not properly adhered. 5 . Fingerprints on drywall around the Exit Sign needs to be cleaned and repainted . 6. Drywall around the light switch to the right of Door 060 has dirt marks on it needs to be cleaned and repainted. 7. To the right and bottom left of Door 061 to the Storage Room, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. Storage Room 061 1 . Door is locked, unable to punch this room out at this time. Corridor 063 1 . Outside corners to the left of Door 064 needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Drywall between Doors 064 & 065, irregularities above the vinyl base and also dirt on the wall at the vinyl base and up approximately 5ft. off the floor. 3. Drywall above Door 065 needs to be cleaned and repainted. 4. Drywall where it abuts the hollow metal door frame on the top right corner of Door 065 and the top right side, needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Drywall between Door 065 and exterior Door 063 areas above the vinyl base are irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, dirt marks on the wall . 6. Outside corner, that is the left and right comers of drywall leading at Door 063, needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, vinyl base in this area scuff marks and dirty. 7. Exterior Door 063, weather stripping frame needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and paint. Also, left side above the exit device hole in the frame for the weather stripping needs to be patched and repaired 8. To the left of Door 066, drywall where it abuts the hollow metal frame, needs to be sanded and repainted up to the lockset area on the door. Also, vinyl base in this area drywall appears to be irregular behind the base, this needs to be corrected. 9. Hollow metal Door 067 right side dent in the frame .
