Conference Room 065 1 . No lockset installed in this door at this time. 2 . Outside face of door above the kick plate glue and scratches on the door. 3. Can lights are not operating at this time in the room. 4. Boxes of ceiling tile and ceiling grid are in this room at this time. 5 . Availability of light in this Conference Room makes it limited to be able to do a proper inspection. 6. East wall towards the left inside corner scratches in the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired and repainted . 7. Fingerprints, dirt marks, pencil marks, etc . , need to be repainted. 8. West wall, just to the left inside comer irregularity above the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 9. Bottom left of Data Outlet 35/36A, glue on the drywall needs to be cleaned from the drywall. 10. Four box outlet is not in place at this time. 11 . Ceiling tile to the top left of Door 066 between the two can lights, V full ceiling tile off the east wall is chipped . 12. Ceiling tile at the 3`d can light directly in front of Door 066 is damaged, cracked. 13. Ceiling tile in the northwest comer of the room, around the can light the far corner can light is dirty. 14. Ceiling tile along the east wall, between the northernmost two can lights that is right off the wall, is chipped. EMC Room 066 1 . Outside of Door 066, scuff marks on the face of the door, paint, etc. needs to be cleaned . Drywall frame needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 2. Drywall above hollow metal door frame 066 needs to be patched and repaired where screw heads it is exposed. 3 . West wall far right inside comer just above the vinyl base, dent in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. North wall, drywall around electrical outlet and data outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. Also to the top right of the electrical outlet in this same area indentation in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 5 . Far right corner of the north wall needs to be sanded and repainted approximately 2ft. up . 6. South wall to the right approximately 2-3ft of the left inside corner, dirt marks on the drywall and drywall is irregular. 7. Drywall around electrical outlet and TV outlet #7 needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. Ceiling grid at the far southwest corner to the right light fixture is damaged at the 2nd grid off the back wall or north wall. Planner Room 067 1 . Inside face of door to the lockset, hollow metal door frame, paint on the door needs to be removed . 2. Drywall above door frame 067 needs to be sanded and repainted . 3 . Drywall around light switch to the left of Door 067 needs to be sanded and repainted . 4. Left inside comer of the west wall the south inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base . 5 . Northeast inside corner the right inside comer on the north wall , drywall needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base. 6.
