Top joint between the drywall and the hollow metal of Door 067 needs to be re-caulked to the right of the top hinge. Also, right inside corner to the right of Door 067 needs to be sanded and repainted, gouge in the drywall. 8. Closure is not set level with door, needs to be corrected. 9. Ceiling tile above the top right of Door 067 is chipped. 10. Ceiling grid is chipped, that is the I " full ceiling grid off the south wall and the 3rd full ceiling tile off the east wall, ceiling rile is chipped. 11 . Ceiling grid at the center of the room off the east wall has dirt on it. Ceiling tiles in this area need to be set flush and level to the grid, no exposed edges. Reception Area 068 1 . Door 068, no lockset installed at this time. 2. Door needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 3. Countertop pass-thru needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris. Drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the window frames and drywall opening, very irregular. 4. Channel for the fire shutter needs to be cleaned and repainted. 5 . Under countertop steel angle needs to be primed and painted to match the wall. 6. Ceiling tile where the fusible link line extends thru the ceiling, cut in the tile is unacceptable, needs to be a neat cut. 7 . Drywall below Data Outlet 33/34 is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. East wall, drywall below Siemens box, needs to be repainted, fingerprints on the wall. 9. Exterior window sill needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. Window frame needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall mud, etc. and underside of window sill needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall . 10. To the left of exterior window fire caulking on the wall needs to be cleaned. 11 . North wall, below the quad outlet and to the right of the quad outlet, drywall is very irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 12 . Drywall above vinyl base between Data Outlet 35/36D and the left electrical outlet, pencil marks on the drywall need to be repainted. 13. Right outside corner on the drywall of west wall outside corner of Room 069 is chipped and also this wall needs to be repainted above the vinyl base glue on the drywall, scuff marks, etc . 14. Two ceiling tiles missing at this time. 15 . Ceiling tile in front of the exterior windows the 1 " full ceiling off the exterior wall and to the right of the A/C grille and light fixture corner is cracked. 16. Ceiling grid where it abuts the header leading into Corridor 063 not setting flush to the wall . 17 . Perimeter grid ceiling tile not seeing flush and perimeter in numerous locations especially where the perimeter grid and the cross grid meet. Rumor Control / Conference Room 069 Door locked, unable to punch out at this time. Corridor 036 1 . South end, drywall between Doors 038 & 035 marks on the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. 2. Ceiling tile to the top left of Door 038 is chipped at the inside corner. 3. Light fixture just to the right of Door 038 prismatic lens is missing. 4. Drywall above Door 038 needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the hollow metal frame .
